Church Growth Resources (CGR) has a burning desire to impact local churches and improve their ministries through the ToolBox mechanism, which is why Creative Seeding has chosen to represent CGR as one of its certified partners. ToolBox Special Edition is an easy, economical way for churches to "taste and see" the value of using a proven tool to support or kickstart their church's growth.  This one day training session offers denominational and other group entities to get started quickly for a nominal charge to the parent body. Here is what this one day training session offers.

Objective: During this training the emphasis is on an understanding of what a Healthly Church looks like, and the software and general planning tools used to implement it.

ToolBox Overview & "Health Church" Planning Process
Healthy churches have strong systemic processes. The ToolBox planning process is a flexible planning system that can be an effective tool for small, large or mega church models. (9 am - 12 Noon)

ToolBox "Healthy Church" Analysis
Understand the principles of church health using the ToolBox 'Healthy Church' survey and 36 page color report including graphs, cross-referenced analysis, ministry principles and suggested ToolBox projects.

It also includes a 20 page analysis report that assists the church in the actual implementation of its action plan. It is a 7 step-by-step process that results in the choosing of 2 or 3 ministry areas needing immediate attention with specific implementable projects. (1:30 pm - 4:30 pm)

     > Comprehensive, cross-referenced reports
        that identify the personal and collective perceptions 
        of the congregation compared to those required to achieve
        high quality in 8 specific ministry areas.
     > Assessment that can be done within a 15
        minute period during a worship service
        that gathers data from a wide range of 
        respondents.
     > Data entry, calculation and a reporting
        system with unlimited use and no third
        party involvement
